Colour Consultations:
This in-home service offers a full evaluation of the space, such as lighting, furniture, fabric, décor and purpose. Architectural details and the focal point of the room will be determined. A colour palette of 1-4 colours will be selected and suggestions for colour placement and appropriate sheen or finish of paint will all be discussed in this inspiring and stress free service! 1-2 hours.

Interior Decorating:
This in-home service starts with an initial visit to the home or space. Upon determining what your specific needs, lifestyle and budget are, I will then create a presentation with ideas and suggestions for the finished space – then the fun begins! This service offers colour consultation, furniture placement, window treatments, art and picture selection and placement of accessories and greenery. Shopping and referrals are included.

Decorative Painting:
We offer over 17 different finishes as well as custom design finishes to enhance that special area in your home. The benefits of faux & decorative painting will be discussed as well as colour and the importance of appropriate base coat and preparation of the surface to be painted. A completed sample board of the finish will be achieved and agreed upon by both parties before the work is initiated. An initial fee of $85.00 for consultation and cost of creating sample boards will be charged but is credited upon completion of the project.

If you have a property to sell or want a fresh look using what you already own then this service is for you! Home staging for sale is a cost-efficient way to achieve outstanding results!

This service offers tips and tricks to get your home in shape for potential buyers! Using what you already own and editing what you will need to pack is the first step. We also offer rental furniture and accessories on a monthly basis. This staging service is designed to really create that “WOW” factor that today’s discriminating buyers are looking for. Staging takes approximately 2-6 hours!
